Relay for Life

Relay for Life
CELEBRATE - With over 25 cancer survivors in our congregation, Relay for Life is our night to join in celebration of their lives.
REMEMBER – The candles are lit, the lights go out, the music stops, and we pause to remember those we loved and lost to cancer.
FIGHT BACK – With determination we walk as a sign of our commitment to fight for a cure to eliminate cancer.
In 2008, the United Methodist churches in our community joined together to form a new team, United for a Cure – the United Methodist Churches of Benton County.
The American Cancer Society provides funding for life saving research, many programs to support those going through cancer, (Hope Lodge and Look Good Feel Better) and education programs promoting early detection and prevention.

United for a Cure Trivia Night in January.  This was the 2nd place team ~ John & Lisa Hill, Pam & Amelia Myrick, Andy & Michele Wright.
